A core component of our school design is building relationships with our students. Our advisors are required to meet with every student once a week in a one-on-one situation to check work progress, refine individualized learning plans, identify potential problem areas, etc., as well as provide positive feedback on work accomplished. It is a time for advisors to truly connect with the each student personally and concretely. While University Prep Academy strongly believes having small classes assures increased individualized attention, the required one-on-one conferences guarantee it.
